Do you think an omelet is the most boring and banal breakfast you can think of? But I don't agree! It all depends on how and with what to serve it. Just look at how good, satisfying and healthy it turns out with vegetables and tuna.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 1 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Tuna (canned) – 1 bank
- Corn - 2 tbsp.l.
- Green peas - 2 tbsp.l.
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Onion - 0.5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with milk and spices to a small foam, add flour.
Fry the omelet on both sides.
Put it on a plate and arrange the canned tuna beautifully on one side.
Finely chop the onion and pepper, add the peas and corn, and distribute the vegetables over the tuna.
Fold the omelet in half, covering the filling with the free side.
