What can be cooked from turkey fillet? Of course, juicy chops. There are a lot of options, but I like it most with pineapples and cheese. Firstly, because it's very simple. And secondly, a baked dish is always healthier than a fried one.
Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 500 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Pineapple (canned) – 200 g
- Mayonnaise - 80 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the turkey into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, season with salt and pepper and set aside for 20 minutes.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, brush with butter and lay out the chops.
Brush with mayonnaise, lay out pineapples and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Remove the foil and brown the chops for another 5-7 minutes.
