Fried dishes cannot be called healthy, rather the opposite. That's why I try to cook more in the oven. For example, I only bake chops now. As it turned out, it's not only tastier, but also easier. I'm telling you my favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Tomatoes (medium) – 3 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut tomatoes into slices, grate cheese.
Cut the chicken fillet into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil, season with salt and pepper.
Brush with mayonnaise, lay out the tomatoes and thickly sprinkle the chops with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
Carefully remove the foil and brown the chops for another 5 minutes.
