Dry the meat with a napkin and cut into small pieces.
Pour oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, turn on the "Frying" mode. As soon as the oil is sufficiently heated, add the meat and fry it for 3-5 minutes.
Peel the onion and cut it into half rings, put it in a bowl with the meat and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and your favorite spices, close the lid of the slow cooker and set the "Quenching" mode for 1.5 hours.
