Today I want to share one of my favorite pasta recipes in our house. The combination of canned tuna, spinach and cream sauce was not the most obvious for me, but it turned out to be so successful that now I recommend everyone to try it!

Boil the pasta until al dente – when it is still slightly firm.
Chop the spinach with garlic and fry in olive oil until soft.
Drain the tuna oil, add to the same pan and bring to a boil.
Pour in the cream, season and bring to a boil again.
Simmer the sauce for just 1 minute, add the pasta and stir.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with pesto sauce.
