Delicious pilaf with pork can be cooked without much hassle. To do this, you will need a slow cooker and my favorite recipe. Two modes will be used in the process: "Frying" and "Pilaf". If the latter is not present, you can choose "Baking" or "Stewing".
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into small pieces.
Chop the carrots, peeled onion and garlic.
Pour oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and turn on the "Frying" mode for 20 minutes. Pour in the pork and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Each piece should be browned on all sides.
Add onion, carrot and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add garlic, curry, cumin, bay leaf, black pepper and salt. Stir well and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the washed rice, hot water, close the lid and turn on the Pilaf program for half an hour.
After the beep, leave the pilaf to brew under the lid for 15 minutes.
