To make the potatoes very tender and well baked, cut them into strips or small cubes for this recipe. I advise you to do the same with chicken – and the dish will simply melt in your mouth!
Ingredients
- Chicken - 300 g
- Potatoes - 400 g
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut all the ingredients, put them in pots and season to taste.
Add a little water, broth or tomato juice to taste.
Bake potatoes with chicken for about 60-70 minutes at 180 degrees.
