Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 350 g
- Milk - 2 glasses
- Water - 1 glass
- Butter - 40 g
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - to taste
- Blueberries (for submission) – 100 g
- Almonds (for submission) – 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil. Pour in the oat flakes, turn down the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour in the hot milk, add sugar and continue to cook for another 10 minutes. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the flakes and the desired consistency of the porridge.
Turn off the heat, add the butter and mix gently.
Serve the porridge by adding chopped almonds and blueberries to the plate.
