Among the different types of porridge, oatmeal is considered the most useful. In this recipe, I tell you how to easily and quickly cook it on water. Porridge turns out to be universal and it can be served with anything: milk, fruit, sausages or meat.
Ingredients
- Oat flakes - 350 g
- Water (cleaned) – 4 glasses
- Butter - 40 g
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to a boil.
Add the oat flakes and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Depending on the type of cereal, the time may vary, so carefully read the recommendations on the package.
Add butter, stir and turn off.
Insist the finished porridge under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
