Do you like spicy food? Then you will like the recipe for potato pancakes with garlic. The dish is not only delicious, but also very healthy, especially in the winter season. If you want to enhance the flavor of garlic, add it to the sauce for serving as well.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel potatoes, onions and grate on a fine grater. Lightly squeeze the mass with your hands to remove excess liquid.
Mix potatoes, onions, beaten egg, flour, ground pepper and salt in a deep bowl.
Squeeze the garlic through the press and mix the mass well.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out neat islands of potato mass and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Put the finished draniki on a nice plate and serve with mayonnaise or sour cream.
