  • Pork (pulp) – 350 g
  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices and seasonings - to taste
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .

Wash the pork and dry it. Cut into medium-sized pieces. Add salt and spices.

Chop the peeled onion in a blender or grate it on a grater. Add to the meat, pour in vegetable oil, and mix everything. Let it marinate or move on to the next step.

Cut the second onion into half rings. Cover the baking dish with foil and make an onion pillow.
