For some reason buckwheat is not very common in salads. I propose to correct this injustice together with such a wonderful recipe! In addition to cereals, you will need beets, mushrooms, spinach and soft cheese. And then I'll tell you what to do with it all!
Ingredients
- Buckwheat - 120 g
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Spinach - 100 g
- Soft cheese - 100 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the beetroot in foil for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees, depending on its size.
Boil the buckwheat until tender, pepper and season with olive oil.
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry on both sides.
Chop, add spinach and stir the salad.
Put soft cheese on top.
