Ingredients
- Melon - 200 g
- Tofu - 200 g
- Cucumbers - 200 g
- Provencal herbs - 1 tbsp.l .
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate in soy sauce with herbs for 10 minutes. Or take a ready-made tofu in spices and skip this stage.
Lightly fry the tofu in a frying pan until golden.
Peel the cucumbers and cut into cubes according to the size of the tofu.
Type the melon with a spoon or slice it too – as you prefer.
Stir the salad.
