The most tender and soft chops are obtained from chicken breast. Of course, they are not large in size, but this is even good in some cases. I add cream to the batter. Thanks to this, the chops have an interesting taste and the meat becomes even juicier.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken breast, dry it with paper towels and cut it across the fibers into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap, beat it off with a hammer on both sides and add salt.
Add salt and cream to the eggs and stir with a fork until smooth.
Mix flour with nutmeg and pour on a wide plate.
Roll the chops in flour, dip them in batter and put them on a preheated frying pan with oil.
Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side and put on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.
