Pasta with mushrooms, cream and broth turns out very tasty and fragrant thanks to a successful combination of ingredients. To slightly reduce the calorie content, use low-fat cream.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms - 100 g
- Pasta - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Cream - 60 ml
- Meat broth (or vegetable) – 200 ml
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Parmesan (grated) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the mushrooms and chop them finely. You can use frozen ones.
Fry the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes in vegetable oil.
Add any medium-sized curly paste, such as penne or fusilli. Mix it up.
Pour in the meat or vegetable broth, cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Adjust the taste by salt and spices, then pour in the cream and cook the dish for another 3 minutes.
Serve the pasta in a warm form, sprinkled with grated parmesan and fresh chopped herbs.
