Despite the fact that the meat in this part of the carcass is almost fat-free, the breast turns out soft and juicy. For the marinade, you can use any spices and spices, as well as dried herbs and a baking kit – thyme, rosemary, sage.

Pour all the necessary spices and salt into the bowl. You can take a ready-made set of spices for chicken or for barbecue.

Pour olive oil or any other vegetable oil, put mustard and mix well.

Wash and dry the breast in advance, cut off all the excess. The skin can be removed or left on request. Next, spread the breast on all sides with a fragrant marinade.

It is best to leave the breast to marinate in the refrigerator for at least a day. But if there is no time, then wait at least an hour. Wrap the breast in several layers of food wrap.

Cover the baking dish with foil and put the breast in it without a film. If desired, you can add sprigs of fragrant herbs here. Then wrap the breast in foil and bake at 180 degrees for an hour. Then let the breast brown by unwrapping the foil and setting the temperature to 200 degrees or Grill mode. To check the meat for readiness, make a puncture with a skewer – transparent fat without reddish impurities should appear.

The breast is ready and it can be served. If desired, you can remove the central bone and cut the meat into pieces.
