Dry the pieces of thawed (or chilled) fish, put them in a mold and add salt, add a little spices, herbs.
In a bowl, mix cream and two types of mustard. If the mass turns out to be too thick, you can pour in a little water and stir until smooth.
Spread the salmon slices with the resulting sauce and leave for 15 minutes. Then put the mold in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the fish hot or warm, with fresh vegetables.
