Salmon baked with tomatoes and cheese in foil turns out very juicy and tender. It is easy to cook it even for a novice hostess. Just the perfect recipe for a festive table!

Ingredients

  • Salmon (chilled) – 250 g
  • Tomatoes - 1 piece
  • Cheese (solid) – 40 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices and seasonings - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
  • Lemon - 2 slices
  • Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Salt the chilled salmon without bones and skin, sprinkle with spices, herbs, sprinkle with lemon juice and leave for 10 minutes.

Put the salmon pieces in foil molds, greased from the inside with vegetable oil. Lemon slices can be put here as well.

Cut the tomato into thin slices and put them on top of the fish.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Send the blanks to the oven and bake the fish at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Immediately after the oven, the salmon is ready to serve. If desired, you can take it out of the molds, put it on a plate and add herbs and fresh vegetables.
