Ingredients
- Turkey (fillet) – 1.5 kg
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Green peas (young) – 350 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Oregano - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey, dry it with paper towels and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Peel the carrots and cut them into circles up to 1 centimeter thick.
In a deep bowl, mix the crushed garlic, salt, oil, ground black pepper, oregano and soy sauce.
Pour green peas, meat, carrots into this marinade and mix everything well with your hands.
Put the turkey and vegetables in a greased form, cover with foil and send them to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
Carefully remove the foil and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
