Ingredients
- Minced pork - 500 g
- Cottage cheese (medium fat) – 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Onion (large) – 1-2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 80 g
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the products in advance, they should be at room temperature. Peel and chop the onion.
Mash the cottage cheese with a fork or chop it in a blender.
Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil. If desired, add a little salt and pepper.
Mix the minced meat, cottage cheese, egg and fried onion. Add spices to taste.
Mix the mass thoroughly with your hands until smooth.
Form small cutlets of the same size and roll in breadcrumbs.
Place the blanks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Ready-made cutlets can be served with a side dish, fresh vegetables and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
