To prevent pork ribs from drying out in the oven and burning during baking, you can cook them in foil. And unwrap it only in the last minutes to beautifully brown the crust. I'll tell you more in the recipe later.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 500 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Tomato paste - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix tomato, crushed garlic and spices.
Carefully coat the ribs and wrap them in foil.
Bake for 50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Unwrap the foil and bake for another 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
