Cottage cheese casserole with raisins in a slow cooker
Even a child can cook a delicious cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker. The ideal temperature and uniform heating create excellent conditions for this dish. As for the test itself, everything is extremely simple here.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Semolina - 3 tbsp.l.
- Cream (33% fat content) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - half a glass
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vanillin - on the tip of the knife
- Raisins - handful
- Butter (for lubrication) – 10 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the raisins with boiling water and put them on a towel to dry.
Chop the cottage cheese in a blender until smooth.
Whisk the eggs with sugar and salt with a whisk or mixer.
Mix the beaten eggs, cream, cottage cheese, raisins, semolina and vanilla. Leave the mass for 8-10 minutes so that the semolina has time to swell.
Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with butter, lay out the curd billet and smooth it out.
Turn on the Baking mode for 30 minutes. After the beep, without opening the lid, activate the "Preheating" program for another 30 minutes.
