Only chicken in tomato sauce with potatoes can be better than chicken in tomato sauce. A full-fledged main dish with a side dish in one frying pan with a minimum of effort! This is a wonderful hearty dinner for the whole family with only healthy products.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 450 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Rosemary - 2 twigs
- Water - 200 ml
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into medium pieces and boil until half cooked.
Cut the purple onion into feathers, and chop the rosemary.
Cut the chicken into pieces and mix with salt and spices to taste.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil for 2 minutes and send the chicken to it. Fry until golden brown.
Mix the tomato paste with water and pour it into the same pan. Add the boiled potatoes, bay leaf and chopped cherry tomatoes.
Simmer everything together until the ingredients are ready.
