Ingredients
- Chicken - 600 g
- Salt - to taste
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken, cut off all the excess. Cut the large pieces into pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add salt and spices for the chicken.
Add mayonnaise of any fat content and garlic, crushed in any way. Mix everything and let it marinate. If there is no time, you can proceed to the next step.
Transfer the chicken pieces to a baking dish. Place in a hot oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the finished chicken from the oven and let it cool down a little.
Serve the dish with fresh herbs, vegetables or pickles.
