If you haven't tried adding fragrant herbs to compotes yet, then it's time to start. Moreover, raspberries are perfectly combined with both thyme and mint. A great alternative to both hot tea and cold lemonade or juice.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cover the raspberries with sugar, pour water and bring to a boil.

Boil the compote for 5 minutes on low heat.

Add thyme and mint, and cook for another 7-10 minutes.

Let the compote cool down a little and strain.
