I would like to send Greek taramasalata, which is made from cod caviar, to the piggy bank of unusual snacks. It turns out something like a thick sauce or a delicate spread on sandwiches. You can dip other snacks in it or eat it so simply.
Ingredients
- Cod caviar - 200 g
- Milk - 1 glass
- White bread - 3-4 slices
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Onion (sweet) – 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olive oil - 50 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the bread from the crust and soak the crumb in milk for 10-15 minutes.
Squeeze the bread. Leftover milk is not needed.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk the snack until smooth.
