Pick the blackberries, rinse and put them in a saucepan.

Pour boiling water and set aside for 5 minutes.

Drain the water, cool the black fruit slightly and pass it through a meat grinder.

Cut the apples into quarters, peel off the seeds and also pass through a meat grinder.

Mix both blanks, add sugar and boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Remove the pan from the stove and set aside to cool.

Scald the lemon with boiling water, cut in half and squeeze out the juice.

Pour lemon juice into a saucepan with jam, boil for 10 minutes and roll up.
