Why buy juice in stores if it's so easy to cook it yourself? Today I will tell you how to make blackcurrant juice through a juicer. The recipe uses sugar. Adjust its amount to your liking or do not add it at all.
Ingredients
- Black Currant - 4 kg
- Sugar - 350 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the black currant from dry tails and rinse thoroughly.
Pass the berries through the juicer.
Mix the resulting juice with sugar and boil for 10 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars, roll up and wrap up for a day with a warm blanket.
