Ingredients
- Watermelon - 5 kg
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 50 g
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Water - 1,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the watermelon and cut it together with the peel into small pieces.
Place black pepper and watermelon slices in the prepared jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan and boil again.
Pour sugar and salt into jars with watermelon.
Pour vinegar, boiling water and roll up. Wrap the jars with a warm blanket, and a day later transfer them to a cool dark place for storage.
