Another way to quickly cook an amazing billet for the winter. Thick jelly-five minutes of red currant is prepared very simply. The berries are passed through a juicer, and the resulting juice is boiled for 5 minutes together with sugar and citric acid.

Ingredients

  • Red Currant - 3 kg
  • Sugar - by the amount of juice
  • Citric acid - on the tip of the knife

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the red currant from the twigs and rinse thoroughly.

Pass the berries through a juicer, pour the juice into a saucepan.

Add sugar and bring the mass to a boil.

Pour in citric acid, boil for 5 minutes and arrange in sterilized jars. Roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it up well for a day.
