Draniki can be made only from zucchini. Or you can add a little zucchini to the classic potato base. So they become even more tender and brighter, especially with a handful of chopped greens. Serve with cream cheese and vegetables!

- Potatoes - 400 g
- Zucchini - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 3 art.l.
- Garlic - 2 teeth
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate zucchini and potatoes on a coarse grater, drain the liquid.
Add chopped parsley and crushed garlic.
Add spices, flour and eggs there, and mix everything together.
Spread the draniki on a heated frying pan and fry on both sides.
