Let's cook pork chops in the oven today. However, they will still have to be fried in a frying pan for a few minutes beforehand so that the batter does not spread when baking.

- Pork loin - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces

- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork loin, dry it and cut it across the fibers into plates about 1 centimeter thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Pepper and salt the resulting blanks.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and turmeric.
Add flour, breadcrumbs and mix.
Dip the chops in the batter, put them in a preheated frying pan with oil and fry on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Then put the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil and send them to a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
