For lovers of Italian cuisine, this pollock is just a godsend. There are tomatoes and basil, and fish is also cooked very quickly. Under the mood, you can also put a ball of mozzarella on the fillet – this will not affect the main process in any way. The main thing is to carefully inspect the fillets for the presence of bones before baking.
Ingredients
- Pollock (fillet) – 800 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 300 g
- Basil - 1 bundle
- Onion - 1-2 pieces
- Sea salt - 1 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pollock into pieces and put it on parchment or in a mold. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the onion, chopped with feathers, cherry halves and basil leaves on top.
Sprinkle everything with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes under foil and 10 minutes without it at 180 degrees.
