- Potatoes - 800 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Yogurt - 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and chicken, and fry until the meat is white.
Add the chopped mushrooms and fry until the liquid evaporates.
Add spices, chopped herbs and 100-120 g of yogurt. After a minute, remove from the heat.
Boil the potatoes until tender and mash them in mashed potatoes with butter and yogurt remnants.
Put the chicken in the mold, and potatoes on it. Cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
