Ingredients
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Minced meat - 400 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 clove
- Meat broth - 100 ml
- Cheese (grated) – 150 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the onion, garlic and carrots, and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the minced meat, fry until tender, season and pour in the broth.
Simmer the minced meat under the lid for 7 minutes. Season it.
Cut the potatoes into slices. Put half in the mold and sprinkle with a handful of cheese.
Put the minced meat and the remaining potatoes on it. Pour in the beaten eggs.
Sprinkle all the remaining cheese and cook for 45 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
