The main advantage of semolina porridge on yogurt is that you can experiment with the taste without the slightest effort. For example, I prefer to cook it on sweet vanilla yogurt. And you can take berry or vice versa – without additives.
Ingredients
- Milk - 500 ml
- Yogurt - 5 art.l.
- Semolina - 5 tbsp.l .
- Ground ginger - 1 pinch
- Orange peel - 1 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bring the milk to a boil. Add sugar and ginger.
Pour semolina in a thin stream, stirring.
Add the yogurt and cook the porridge for another 5 minutes, continuing to stir.
At the very end, add the finely grated zest.
