Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 600 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- String beans - 200 g
- Zucchini - 1 piece
- Green onion - 4 pen
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Divide and slice the ribs to your taste. Roll in spices and leave for half an hour.
Chop all the vegetables quite coarsely, chop the green onion and garlic.
Put everything in a sleeve, add butter and soy sauce, and season to taste.
Bake ribs with vegetables in a sleeve for an hour at 190 degrees.
