The cookie base is already a familiar solution for cheesecakes. This time I propose to take the famous oreo or its analogues. Everyone who has ever tasted it knows this rich chocolate taste. And to emphasize it even more brightly, we will add chocolate drops.
Ingredients
- Cookies (oreo) – 30 pieces
- Butter - 60 g
- Chocolate drops - 50 g
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Powdered sugar - 130 g
- Cream (33%) – 250 ml
- Gelatin - 10 g
- Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop half of the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp the base.
Fill the gelatin with water according to the instructions.
Whisk the curd cheese with powdered sugar and separately whisk the cream to peaks.
Mix both masses and add chocolate drops and pieces of the remaining cookies.
At the end, add vanilla and gelatin, mix again, put the mass on the base and put the cheesecake in the refrigerator overnight.
