Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Semolina - 2 tablespoons
- Cornflakes - 2 tbsp.l .
- Fructose (or sugar) – 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with eggs and semolina. Add salt and fructose and leave the dough for 5 minutes.
Add the crushed cornflakes and mix.
Form cheesecakes, roll in flour and fry in a frying pan.
