Of all vegetable juices, pumpkin juice can be called the most unusual. Sweet and fragrant, it's already delicious on its own. But I suggest to diversify it even more, and add a little dried apricots. And at the same time I'll tell you how to do it.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 900 g
- Dried apricots - 300 g
- Water - 4 l
- Citric acid - 1.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 300 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin into cubes, rinse the dried apricots and pour some water.
Boil for 20 minutes after boiling, whisk everything with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Boil the remaining water with sugar until dissolved.
Mix the pumpkin mass with the syrup, boil everything together for another 3 minutes and pour into sterile jars or bottles.
