Ingredients
- Pork - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 4 tbsp.l .
- Hops-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Turmeric - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rinse pork and dry thoroughly with paper towels.
Cut the pork into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it well with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Pour breadcrumbs on a wide plate and mix with hops-suneli.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, turmeric and ground black pepper.
Dip the chops in egg batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops in well-heated oil for 1.5 minutes on each side.
Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
Can be served with boiled potatoes and a light salad.
