Boil the potatoes and mash them in mashed potatoes with cream and butter.
Add grated cheese and mix.
Finely chop the bacon and fry until browned. Put it aside.
In the same pan, fry the chopped onion with mushrooms until tender. Add the bacon and season.
Put bacon with mushrooms and potatoes in layers in the mold so that there is a potato layer on top.
Garnish with bacon slices if desired.
Put the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
