Different dairy products can be used to make pancakes. I like to knead the dough on ryazhenka. It should be preheated to 40 degrees. For the best result, the remaining products should be at room temperature.
Ingredients
- Ryazhenka (warm) – 400 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg lightly with sugar and salt.
Add vanilla, warm fermented baked milk and mix well.
Add baking powder, sifted flour and mix again. The dough should be thick.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side.
