Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 4 glasses
- Sugar - 150 g
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Vanillin - 10 g
- Baking soda - 1 h.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Combine butter with sugar and melt in the microwave. Add soda to the sour cream. Now combine these ingredients, add a pinch of salt, vanilla and mix well.
Beat one egg and add to the dough. Mix and pour out half of the flour. Knead the dough.
Preparing the filling. Mix cottage cheese with sugar and two eggs. Grind to a homogeneous consistency.
Roll out the dough and cut in the forming ring of the tortillas. We spread the filling on half of the tortilla, cover it with the second end. We transfer the juicers to a baking sheet and send them to the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180C.
When the juicers are cooked, take them out of the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
