Ingredients
- Flour - 450 g
- Dry yeast - 0,5 tsp.
- Applesauce - 100 g
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Vodka - 1 art.l.
- Water (warm) – 180 ml
- Powdered sugar - half a glass
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, yeast, powdered sugar and salt.
Add yolks, warm water, vodka, applesauce and knead a soft dough.
Cover the dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Roll out the cake, squeeze out the cut-out donuts and put them on the board to rise.
Heat the oil in a deep saucepan, carefully place the donuts and fry until golden brown.
