To make the zucchini taste brighter, add quite a bit of flour. Of course, a lot depends on the juiciness of the vegetables, but usually a couple of spoons are enough. In addition, the density is perfectly given by grated cheese. I share a simple recipe for vegetable pancakes!
Ingredients
- Zucchini - 300 g
- Cheese (solid) – 80 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 0,25 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and grate the zucchini.
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Mix everything, add eggs, salt, ground pepper and sour cream.
Add flour mixed with baking powder and mix well. The dough should be thick.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Put the finished pancakes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
