If you prefer to bake the base first, and then spread out the filling – this recipe is just for you. But I still advise you to put the pizza in the oven for another minute so that the bacon and mushrooms are browned.

- Kefir - 250 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 300 g
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 80 g
- Bacon - 80 g
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the egg with butter and salt, add kefir, mix and add the sifted flour.
Knead and roll out the dough. Brush it with tomato sauce.
Arrange the tomatoes and sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven for about 17 minutes at 200 degrees.
Place the thinly sliced bacon and mushrooms on top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and lightly brown in the oven.
