Croissants with chocolate puff pastry are prepared in half an hour, while they are just as delicious and fluffy. The chocolate filling is exactly the one that all your guests will like.
Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Egg yolks - 1 piece
- Sugar - 50 g
- Chocolate - 50 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the dough from the package, sprinkle with flour and roll out. Cut the dough into strips. These should be triangles.
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put it on the edge of the dough strip. Wrap the dough in a croissant.
Whisk the egg yolk and anoint the croissants on top. Sprinkle them with sugar and send them to the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 180C.
When serving croissants, you can also sprinkle with powdered sugar.
