Another unusual recipe for pancakes. I cook them on weekends when I want to pamper my family with a delicious breakfast. You can serve them with tea, cocoa and warm milk. I recommend using maple syrup, honey or sour cream as additives.
Ingredients
- Apples - 2 pieces
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 1 glass
- Kefir (warm) – 150 ml
- Vanilla Essence - 2 drops
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - at the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 80 ml
- Water - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, seeds and grate.
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces and put it in a small saucepan.
Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes. By the end of cooking, the moisture should completely evaporate.
Mash the boiled pumpkin with a pusher.
Lightly beat the eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla essence.
Add warm kefir, soda, pumpkin puree and grated apples.
Add the sifted flour in small portions and mix. The thickness of the dough should resemble sour cream.
Put small islands of dough on a preheated frying pan with oil. Fry for 2 minutes on each side and place on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
