Tartlets can be prepared with a wide variety of fillings – both with very light ones and with more satisfying ones. The second option includes these tartlets with chicken. They require a little more cooking time, but the result is worth it.
Ingredients
- Tartlets - 1 packaging
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Onion - 60 g
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Cheese - 40 g
- Carrots - 60 g
- Cream - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the finely chopped chicken and fry until it is ready.
Add cream and bring to a boil.
Add both types of cheese and simmer the filling until thickened.
Put it in tartlets.
